Information on the processing of personal data
We would like to inform you that your personal data (hereinafter, the “Data”) will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the “General Data Protection Regulation”) and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (hereinafter, the “Privacy Code”).

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy Code (Informative), it should be noted that the Data Controller is Anaclerio Angelo s.r.l., with registered office in Bari, Italy, at Via san Giuseppe Marello no. 19, C.F. e P.IVA 04410700720, fax: 080 5008133, indirizzo PEC: anaclerioangelosrl@pec.it, e che i Suoi dati saranno trattati nel rispetto dei principi di liceità, correttezza e trasparenza e saranno raccolti in misura adeguata, pertinente e limitata alle finalità del trattamento.

1. Finalità del trattamento
The Data Controller informs that the Data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) without the need for express consent, your data will be processed for the provision of the service requested and agreed in commercial terms with Anaclerio Angelo s.r.l. (hereinafter, the “Service”);
(b) for the following Marketing purposes:

• Sending via e-mail, mail and/or sms and/or telephone contact of newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material about products or services offered by the Data Controller;
• Survey of customer satisfaction with the quality of services.

2. Legal basis for processing
The provision of your data for the purpose referred to in point 1(a) of this policy is mandatory; therefore, in their absence, we will not be able to guarantee you the requested Service.
Consent to the processing of Data for the purposes mentioned in 1, lett. (b), on the other hand, is optional and can therefore be revoked freely at any time. In this case, we remind you that you will no longer be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material related to the services offered by the Data Controller, unless your subsequent specific and separate request. You will still continue to be entitled to the Service referred to in 1, lett. (a), of this disclosure.

3. Processing Duration and Retention
The Data Controller will process the Data for as long as it is deemed necessary to fulfill the purpose.
Your data given for the purpose mentioned in 1, lett. (a), of this notice, will still be retained for an additional period from the expiration of the last service performed (variable in the case of particular EU regulations and directives requiring an additional retention period) in order to fulfill the legal and regulatory obligations provided for; while the Data acquired for the aforementioned purposes under 1, lett. (b), will be processed until your consent is revoked.

4. Method of treatment.
The processing of your data is carried out by means of the operations specified in Art. 4, n. 2), of the General Data Protection Regulation and Art. 4 of the Privacy Code, namely: the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, consultation, processing, adaptation or modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, restriction, deletion and destruction of data.
Data will be stored on electronic and paper media using the measures deemed by the Data Controller to be most appropriate to ensure adequate security of your data.

5. Communication of your data
Without the need for express consent (Art. 6 lett. (b) and (c), of the General Data Protection Regulation and Art. 24 lett. a), (b), (d), of the Privacy Code), the Data Controller may disclose your data for the purposes referred to in point 1, lett. a), of this information, as far as their respective and specific competence is concerned, to Accreditation Bodies, Certification Bodies, Ministries, Institutes, Associations and, in general, to any public or private entity with respect to which the communication is obligatory by law or by virtue of bilateral agreements for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. These parties will process the Data in their capacity as autonomous data controllers.
Per le suddette finalità, invece, di cui al punto 1, lett. b), i Suoi dati, relativi esclusivamente all’indirizzo mail, saranno utilizzati per l’invio di comunicazioni tramite le piattaforme gestite dalla società MailUp.

6. Data transfer to non-EU countries
The Data may also be disclosed for the contractual purpose referred to in point 1(a) of this notice to Accreditation Bodies and Certification Bodies located outside the European Union.

7. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Articles 15-21 of the General Data Protection Regulation and Art. 7 del Codice della Privacy, potrà esercitare in qualsiasi momento i diritti di accesso, rettifica o cancellazione (c.d. “diritto all’oblio”), di limitazione del trattamento, nonché alla portabilità dei Suoi dati inviando un’apposita richiesta all’indirizzo del RP:info@anaclerio.it.

8. Consent
Pursuant to Art. 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation, consent for the aforementioned Marketing purposes set forth in Section 1(b) may be freely withdrawn at any time by sending an email to the DPO’s address set forth in Section 7 of this notice or by using the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of the email communication received. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
